Wollopit for plumbers

Plumbers: get the paperwork out of the van. More jobs, less admin.

Job sheets on the dashboard, quotes written at night and invoices that go out a week late. We build job systems, quoting tools and websites that fit how your plumbing business actually runs.

Looking for plumbing job management software that actually fits?

Most plumbing apps are built for the average trade business. Yours has its own mix of maintenance contracts, emergency call-outs, new builds and insurance work. Off-the-shelf tools make you bend the way you work to suit them and charge per user for the privilege.

Wollopit builds job systems, quoting tools, booking systems and websites for plumbers around how you actually work. We connect the apps you already use, replace the ones holding you back and look after the lot on our own servers, so you can get back on the tools.

01The problems

What we hear from plumbers

Does your plumbing business have these problems? Here's how we'd fix them.

Most plumbers we talk to are flat out on the tools all day, then doing the paperwork at night. It works, right up until the busy season.

  • The problemJob sheets get lost in the vanPaper dockets, photos on personal phones and notes scribbled on invoices nobody can read.
How we fix itEvery job lives in one app on the phone: photos, notes, materials and sign-off, synced to the office instantly.
  • The problemQuotes written at 9pmYou measure up on site, then type the quote at the kitchen table after dinner.
How we fix itQuote on site from your own price list and templates. The customer accepts on their phone before you've left the driveway.
  • The problemInvoices go out lateWork is done but the invoice waits until someone gets to the paperwork.
How we fix itFinish the job and the invoice goes out with photos attached, straight into Xero or MYOB.
  • The problemEmergency calls at all hoursBlocked drains and burst pipes come in by phone, text and Facebook, often while you're under a house.
How we fix itAn emergency booking form that captures the address, photos and urgency, then pings the on-call plumber.
  • The problemMaintenance work forgottenBackflow tests, hot water services and annual checks rely on someone remembering.
How we fix itRecurring jobs and compliance tests schedule themselves and remind the customer before they're due.
  • The problemNo idea which jobs make moneyLabour and parts aren't tracked per job, so the profitable work and the losers look the same.
How we fix itTime and materials logged per job, with a simple report that shows what you actually made.

A Monday full of call-outs, wolloped.

Here's how a typical day could change. Every business is different, so we map yours first.

  2. Jobs handed out by phone call one at a time
  3. Quotes typed up after dinner
  4. Invoices sent at the end of the week

After

  1. Every booking lands in one job list
  2. Jobs pushed to the right plumber's phone

05How we work

The process

Some people dip their toe in. We turn up in a rebreather.

We get properly below the surface of your plumbing business: the systems, the busy days and the jobs everyone hates. Then we fix the bits that matter most first.

  1. 01

    Think

We spend time with the people doing the work, see where the hours go and work out what's actually slowing you down.

  2. 02

    Archi-tech

We plan it before writing code: your data, customers, payments, the tools you keep, hosting and cost.

  3. 03

    Build

Real engineering, shown to you early and often. Usually the most painful bit first, so you get a win quickly.

  4. 04

    Look after

We host it, maintain it and keep improving it. When something breaks you call the people who built it.

06Questions

FAQ

Things plumbers ask us.

Something else on your mind? Ring 0423 011 252 and ask the people who'd build it.

Can it handle insurance and real estate work?

Yes. We can add work orders from agents and insurers, photo reports in the format they want and separate billing for each, so those jobs stop clogging the office.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so we quote up front once we understand your plumbing business. No surprise invoices, no lock-in and you own what we build.

We already use a job management app. Do we have to switch?

No. If it's doing its job we build around it: the missing features, the integrations and the website on top. If it's holding you back we'll show you what replacing it would involve before anything changes.

Will it work on a phone in the van?

Yes. Everything we build for trades works on a phone first, with big buttons and photos that upload when you get signal back.

Who looks after it once it's built?

We do. We host it on our own managed servers and keep it updated and secure. When you need something you ring the people who built it.
