Wollopit for landscapers

Landscapers: quote it like you see it. Measured, priced and sold on the spot.

Measurements on scrap paper, material lists from memory and quotes that take a week to land. We build quoting tools, scheduling and websites that help landscapers win the job while the client is still excited.

Looking for landscaping quoting software or a better website?

Landscaping quotes are complicated: areas, levels, materials, plants, machine hire and labour all change from job to job. Generic quoting apps can't picture the backyard. We build tools that can.

Wollopit builds job systems, quoting tools, booking systems and websites for landscapers around how you actually work. We connect the apps you already use, replace the ones holding you back and look after the lot on our own servers, so you can get back on the tools.

05How we work

The process

Some people dip their toe in. We turn up in a rebreather.

We get properly below the surface of your landscaping business: the systems, the busy days and the jobs everyone hates. Then we fix the bits that matter most first.

  1. 01

    Think

We spend time with the people doing the work, see where the hours go and work out what's actually slowing you down.

  2. 02

    Archi-tech

We plan it before writing code: your data, customers, payments, the tools you keep, hosting and cost.

  3. 03

    Build

Real engineering, shown to you early and often. Usually the most painful bit first, so you get a win quickly.

  4. 04

    Look after

We host it, maintain it and keep improving it. When something breaks you call the people who built it.

06Questions

FAQ

Things landscapers ask us.

Something else on your mind? Ring 0423 011 252 and ask the people who'd build it.

Can the quoting tool use our own rates and suppliers?

Yes. It's built around your labour rates, margins, supplier prices and the way you like to present a quote, so it feels like yours from day one.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so we quote up front once we understand your landscaping business. No surprise invoices, no lock-in and you own what we build.

We already use a job management app. Do we have to switch?

No. If it's doing its job we build around it: the missing features, the integrations and the website on top. If it's holding you back we'll show you what replacing it would involve before anything changes.

Will it work on a phone in the van?

Yes. Everything we build for trades works on a phone first, with big buttons and photos that upload when you get signal back.

Who looks after it once it's built?

We do. We host it on our own managed servers and keep it updated and secure. When you need something you ring the people who built it.
