Wollopit for gardeners

Gardeners: let the regular work run itself. Rosters, notes and invoices on autopilot.

Regular clients in a diary, notes in your head and invoices written at the end of the month. We build recurring maintenance systems that keep a gardening round organised.

Looking for gardening business software for recurring visits?

Gardening businesses run on regulars: weekly, fortnightly and seasonal visits, each with their own garden and preferences. We build tools that keep the round organised and the invoices flowing.

Wollopit builds job systems, quoting tools, booking systems and websites for gardeners around how you actually work. We connect the apps you already use, replace the ones holding you back and look after the lot on our own servers, so you can get back on the tools.

What we hear from gardeners

Does your gardening business have these problems? Here's how we'd fix them.

Most gardeners we talk to are flat out on the tools all day, then doing the paperwork at night. It works, right up until the busy season.

05How we work

The process

Some people dip their toe in. We turn up in a rebreather.

We get properly below the surface of your gardening business: the systems, the busy days and the jobs everyone hates. Then we fix the bits that matter most first.

  1. 01

    Think

We spend time with the people doing the work, see where the hours go and work out what's actually slowing you down.

  2. 02

    Archi-tech

We plan it before writing code: your data, customers, payments, the tools you keep, hosting and cost.

  3. 03

    Build

Real engineering, shown to you early and often. Usually the most painful bit first, so you get a win quickly.

  4. 04

    Look after

We host it, maintain it and keep improving it. When something breaks you call the people who built it.

06Questions

FAQ

Things gardeners ask us.

Something else on your mind? Ring 0423 011 252 and ask the people who'd build it.

Can clients add extra jobs online?

Yes. Clients can request extra work like a hedge trim or mulching from a link. It's added to their next visit automatically.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so we quote up front once we understand your gardening business. No surprise invoices, no lock-in and you own what we build.

We already use a job management app. Do we have to switch?

No. If it's doing its job we build around it: the missing features, the integrations and the website on top. If it's holding you back we'll show you what replacing it would involve before anything changes.

Will it work on a phone in the van?

Yes. Everything we build for trades works on a phone first, with big buttons and photos that upload when you get signal back.

Who looks after it once it's built?

We do. We host it on our own managed servers and keep it updated and secure. When you need something you ring the people who built it.
