Equine vet software: farm calls, horse records & billing

Equine vets: farm calls routed, horses recorded. Call-outs, records and billing.

Farm calls planned on the fly, horse records split across owners and properties and bills written after the day. We build equine practice systems for the road.

Looking for equine vet practice software?

Equine vets work on the road. Horses move between owners, agisters and trainers. Billing gets messy. We build systems that follow the horse.

Wollopit builds booking systems, pet profiles, memberships and websites for equine vets around how you actually look after animals. We connect the tools you already use, replace the ones holding you back and look after the lot on our own servers, so you can spend your time with the animals instead of the admin.

06How we work

The process

Some people dip their toe in. We turn up in a rebreather.

We get properly below the surface of your equine vet practice: the systems, the busy days and the jobs everyone hates. Then we fix the bits that matter most first.

  1. 01

    Think

We spend time with the people doing the work, see where the hours go and work out what's actually slowing you down.

  2. 02

    Archi-tech

We plan it before writing code: your data, customers, payments, the tools you keep, hosting and cost.

  3. 03

    Build

Real engineering, shown to you early and often. Usually the most painful bit first, so you get a win quickly.

  4. 04

    Look after

We host it, maintain it and keep improving it. When something breaks you call the people who built it.

07Questions

FAQ

Things equine vets ask us.

Something else on your mind? Ring 0423 011 252 and ask the people who'd build it.

Can trainers and owners both see records?

Yes. Access can be given to owners, trainers and agisters with permissions per horse.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so we quote up front once we understand your equine vet practice. No surprise invoices, no lock-in and you own what we build.

Can owners keep their pet's details up to date?

Yes. Owners can manage profiles, vaccinations, feeding notes and emergency contacts themselves, so you're never working from an old form.

Can people book and pay online?

Yes. Bookings, deposits, packages and reminders can all run online, with fewer no-shows and less time on the phone.

Who looks after it once it's built?

We do. We host it on our own managed servers and keep it updated and secure. When you need something you ring the people who built it.

We already have systems. Can you upgrade them instead of starting again?

Usually, yes. Most equine vets we work with keep what's working and upgrade the rest in stages. We move your data across, connect the old and new while we switch and retire the old system only when the new one is proven.
