Wollopit for solar installers

Solar installers: show them the savings before you show them the price. Leads that already want to buy.

Leads that never answer the phone, proposals built by hand and installs scheduled in spreadsheets. We build savings calculators, proposal tools and systems that help solar businesses sell and install more.

Looking for a solar savings calculator or quoting software?

Homeowners want to know one thing: what will this save me? Most solar websites make them fill in a form and wait. We build calculators that answer the question straight away and turn the answer into a qualified lead.

Wollopit builds job systems, quoting tools, booking systems and websites for solar installers around how you actually work. We connect the apps you already use, replace the ones holding you back and look after the lot on our own servers, so you can get back on the tools.

05How we work

The process

Some people dip their toe in. We turn up in a rebreather.

We get properly below the surface of your solar business: the systems, the busy days and the jobs everyone hates. Then we fix the bits that matter most first.

  1. 01

    Think

We spend time with the people doing the work, see where the hours go and work out what's actually slowing you down.

  2. 02

    Archi-tech

We plan it before writing code: your data, customers, payments, the tools you keep, hosting and cost.

  3. 03

    Build

Real engineering, shown to you early and often. Usually the most painful bit first, so you get a win quickly.

  4. 04

    Look after

We host it, maintain it and keep improving it. When something breaks you call the people who built it.

06Questions

FAQ

Things solar installers ask us.

Something else on your mind? Ring 0423 011 252 and ask the people who'd build it.

Can the calculator use our own pricing and products?

Yes. It's built on your panels, inverters, batteries, pricing and finance partners, with estimates based on Australian sun and tariff data you're comfortable with.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so we quote up front once we understand your solar business. No surprise invoices, no lock-in and you own what we build.

We already use a job management app. Do we have to switch?

No. If it's doing its job we build around it: the missing features, the integrations and the website on top. If it's holding you back we'll show you what replacing it would involve before anything changes.

Will it work on a phone in the van?

Yes. Everything we build for trades works on a phone first, with big buttons and photos that upload when you get signal back.

Who looks after it once it's built?

We do. We host it on our own managed servers and keep it updated and secure. When you need something you ring the people who built it.
