Pilates reformer booking with credits & waitlists

Pilates studios: every reformer booked, every waitlist filled. Credits and waitlists done right.

Reformers empty after late cancellations, credits tracked loosely and booking fees rising. We build reformer booking systems for Pilates studios.

Looking for Pilates reformer booking software?

Reformer classes have fixed capacity, so every empty bed costs money. We build systems with smart waitlists, credits and cancellation rules.

Wollopit builds booking systems, memberships, apps and websites for Pilates studios around how your studio actually runs. We connect the tools you already use, replace the ones charging you a fortune per booking and look after the lot on our own servers, so you can get back to your clients.

06How we work

The process

Some people dip their toe in. We turn up in a rebreather.

We get properly below the surface of your Pilates studio: the systems, the busy days and the jobs everyone hates. Then we fix the bits that matter most first.

  1. 01

    Think

We spend time with the people doing the work, see where the hours go and work out what's actually slowing you down.

  2. 02

    Archi-tech

We plan it before writing code: your data, customers, payments, the tools you keep, hosting and cost.

  3. 03

    Build

Real engineering, shown to you early and often. Usually the most painful bit first, so you get a win quickly.

  4. 04

    Look after

We host it, maintain it and keep improving it. When something breaks you call the people who built it.

07Questions

FAQ

Things Pilates studios ask us.

Something else on your mind? Ring 0423 011 252 and ask the people who'd build it.

Can clients choose their reformer?

Yes. Clients can pick a bed if you want. Otherwise the system assigns one.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so we quote up front once we understand your Pilates studio. No surprise invoices, no lock-in and you own what we build.

We already use a booking app. Do we have to switch?

No. If it's working we build around it: the website, the missing features and the integrations. If the fees or limits are holding you back we'll show you what your own system would look like first.

Can clients book and pay from their phone?

Yes. Everything is built phone-first: booking, paying, memberships, reminders and rebooking in a couple of taps.

Who looks after it once it's built?

We do. We host it on our own managed servers and keep it updated and secure. When you need something you ring the people who built it.

We already have systems. Can you upgrade them instead of starting again?

Usually, yes. Most Pilates studios we work with keep what's working and upgrade the rest in stages. We move your data across, connect the old and new while we switch and retire the old system only when the new one is proven.
