Veg box subscription software for market gardens

Market gardens: veg boxes that pack themselves (almost). Subscriptions, swaps and delivery days.

Box orders by email, swaps by text and packing lists on a whiteboard. We build veg box subscription systems for market gardens.

Looking for veg box subscription software?

Veg box schemes depend on what's harvested each week. We build subscriptions with swaps, delivery days and packing lists that adapt to the harvest.

Wollopit builds online stores, subscriptions, wholesale portals and websites for market gardens around how you actually make and sell. We connect the tools you already use, replace the ones holding you back and look after the lot on our own servers, so you can get back to making the good stuff.

06How we work

The process

Some people dip their toe in. We turn up in a rebreather.

We get properly below the surface of your market garden: the systems, the busy days and the jobs everyone hates. Then we fix the bits that matter most first.

  1. 01

    Think

We spend time with the people doing the work, see where the hours go and work out what's actually slowing you down.

  2. 02

    Archi-tech

We plan it before writing code: your data, customers, payments, the tools you keep, hosting and cost.

  3. 03

    Build

Real engineering, shown to you early and often. Usually the most painful bit first, so you get a win quickly.

  4. 04

    Look after

We host it, maintain it and keep improving it. When something breaks you call the people who built it.

07Questions

FAQ

Things market gardens ask us.

Something else on your mind? Ring 0423 011 252 and ask the people who'd build it.

Can customers add extras like eggs or bread?

Yes. Extras from you or other local producers can be added to boxes.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so we quote up front once we understand your market garden. No surprise invoices, no lock-in and you own what we build.

Can you work with our existing online store?

Usually, yes. We can add subscriptions, wholesale ordering or better freight to what you've got. If it's holding you back we'll tell you honestly whether a rebuild makes more sense.

Can retail and wholesale share the same stock?

Yes. One stock count feeds your website, markets, cellar door or shopfront and trade orders, so you never sell what's already gone.

Who looks after it once it's built?

We do. We host it on our own managed servers and keep it updated and secure. When you need something you ring the people who built it.

We already have systems. Can you upgrade them instead of starting again?

Usually, yes. Most market gardens we work with keep what's working and upgrade the rest in stages. We move your data across, connect the old and new while we switch and retire the old system only when the new one is proven.
